How long will a support ticket take?

Our goal is to acknowledge all requests within 4 business hours. Resolution time depends on the issue’s severity and complexity.

What are the support hours?

Standard support is available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time. After-hours or emergency support may be available for contract customers.
