XA Developer
Position Summary
We are looking to add an XA Developer to our professional services team. In this role you will define, develop, test, maintain, and analyze new and current software applications in support of our client’s business requirements. This position reports to the Director of Professional Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develops and maintains applications and databases by evaluating client needs, analyzing requirements, and developing software systems.
- Lead and perform XA system upgrades.
- Enhances staff accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions, answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members, teaching improved processes, and mentoring team members.
- Identifies requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual clients and with other persons in a position to understand requirements.
- Provide end-user training.
- Perform test plan development as well as system testing.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing and presales activities.
- Assist in the development of education materials.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- An undergraduate degree in a field such as Computer Science, Finance, Business, Supply Chain, and/or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with Infor XA ERP.
- 5+ years of experience working in a consulting environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in creating technical documentation and user-based training documents.
- Eagerness to take initiative in learning and applying new skills.

Account Executive
Position Summary
As an Account Executive, Enterprise (Manufacturing) at ISE, you will be instrumental in driving business growth by expanding our presence within manufacturing organizations. This role requires a consultative approach, engaging with multiple stakeholders across manufacturing operations to deliver ERP and MES solutions that enhance productivity and employee satisfaction. You will navigate complex, high-value sales cycles, helping manufacturers optimize their workflows with digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Sales Growth – Expand relationships and build opportunities in existing accounts while also prospecting, nurturing and closing new business.
- Pipeline Management – Maintain a steady flow of qualified opportunities to ensure consistent revenue generation.
- Strategic Partnerships – Build relationships with ISE team members, consultants, partners, and industry influencers.
- CRM & Reporting – Accurately track activities, opportunities, and contacts within ISE’s CRM and follow structured sales processes.
- Solution Expertise – Develop in-depth knowledge of ISE’s MES and ERP offerings to effectively position their value.
- Executive Engagement – Sell directly to decision-makers at the executive level, demonstrating how ISE’s solutions drive operational efficiency.
- Partner Utilization – Leverage business partners to enhance solution offerings and support implementation services.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- 5+ years of experience selling on premise and/or SaaS solutions to manufacturers, with a proven ability to close high-value transactions.
- Strong understanding of ERP and MES technologies and their impact on manufacturing operations.
- Core awareness of systems, software, internet-enabled technology and concepts.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and long decision timelines.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Exceptional negotiation and influence skills.
- Self-motivated with excellent initiative and discipline.
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Experience with solution-selling methodologies and consultative sales strategies.
- Ability to handle multiple buying influences and sell licenses and services together.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
- Experience selling ERP solutions to mid-market manufacturing companies.
- Ability to meet and exceed quotas with a consistent track record of success.
- 20-40% travel is required.
