Account Executive

Position Summary

As an Account Manager, at ISE, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business growth by proactively generating leads and prospecting manufacturing organizations that can benefit from digital transformation. Your primary focus will be identifying, engaging, and nurturing prospective clients within the manufacturing sector, leveraging your expertise in the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem to deliver tailored ERP and MES solutions. You will build relationships with key decision-makers, understand their operational challenges, and position ISE’s offerings as the optimal choice for improving productivity and efficiency. Success in this role requires a consultative approach, a passion for discovering new opportunities, and a deep understanding of how MV2 empowers manufacturers to achieve their business goals

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Proactively identify, research, and generate new leads within the manufacturing sector, targeting organizations that can benefit from digital transformation through MES solutions.
  • Take full ownership of the sales cycle from initial engagement through to contract execution, ensuring timely and successful closure of deals.
  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned revenue targets by driving new business and expanding opportunities within manufacturing accounts.
  • Develop and execute prospecting strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified manufacturing prospects, leveraging industry networks, events, and digital channels.
  • Engage with manufacturing decision-makers to understand their business challenges and position ISE’s solutions as the preferred choice, with a particular emphasis on Microsoft Dynamics ERP and related technologies.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Partner teams to design and implement campaigns that drive awareness and interest among manufacturing prospects.
  • Maintain detailed records of lead generation activities, prospect interactions, and opportunity progression in ISE’s CRM system.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Build relationships with ISE team members, consultants, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Solution Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of ISE’s MES offerings to effectively position their value.
  • Executive Engagement: Sell directly to decision-makers at the executive level, demonstrating how ISE’s solutions drive operational efficiency.

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of experience generating leads and prospecting for ERP and SaaS solutions within the manufacturing industry, with a strong track record of success.
  • Proven expertise in the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem, including solution selling, implementation, and support for manufacturing organizations.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and the impact of ERP/MES technologies, especially Microsoft Dynamics, on business outcomes.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and nurturing prospects from initial contact through to close.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage executive-level stakeholders in manufacturing companies.5+ years of experience selling on premise and/or SaaS solutions to manufacturers, with a proven ability to close high-value transactions.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Exceptional negotiation and influence skills.
  • Self-motivated with excellent initiative and discipline.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to meet and exceed quotas with a consistent track record of success.
  • 10-20% travel is required.

 

Sales Engineer

Position Summary

As a Sales Engineer for ISE’s MV2 MES Solution, you will be a key technical resource supporting the sales team by delivering compelling demonstrations of the MV2 platform to manufacturing prospects. You will work closely with Account Executives to understand customer requirements, tailor demos to address specific business challenges, and articulate the technical and business value of MV2. Your role bridges the gap between sales and technology, ensuring prospects clearly understand how MV2 can transform their manufacturing operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver engaging, customized demonstrations of the MV2 platform to manufacturing prospects and clients.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to identify prospect needs and align MV2 capabilities to solve real-world manufacturing challenges.
  • Serve as the technical expert during sales cycles, answering detailed product and integration questions.
  • Maintain and enhance demo environments to showcase the latest MV2 features and integrations.
  • Gather and document customer requirements to inform solution fit and future product enhancements.
  • Assist with proof-of-concept deployments and technical evaluations.
  • Stay current with manufacturing technology trends, especially within the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem.
  • Provide feedback to product and engineering teams based on prospect interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Pre-Sales, or Solution Consultant role, preferably in manufacturing software.
  • Strong technical knowledge of MES, ERP, and manufacturing operations; experience with MV2 and Microsoft Dynamics is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to deliver effective software demonstrations and technical presentations.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical features into business benefits.
  • Experience supporting complex sales cycles and collaborating with sales teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related field.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to travel (5-10%) to customer sites and industry events.

Senior XA Programmer/Analyst

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proven Sr. Infor XA Programmer Analyst to support our customers Infor XA ERP environments.  This individual will play a critical role in designing and programming technical solutions, improving business processes, and analyzing new and current software applications in support of our customers’ business requirements.  This position reports to the Director of Professional Services.

 RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, develop, and maintain custom RPG (RPG IV / ILE / RPG Free), CL, SQL, Integrator and SystemLink programs for Infor XA ERP modules.
  • Support core Infor XA modules such as Customer Service, Production, Finance, Inventory, Engineering, and Purchasing.
  • Customize Infor XA applications to align with customer business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain integration between Infor XA and external systems.
  • Modify Power-Link, Net-Link, and Integrator frameworks as needed.
  • Troubleshoot and debug application errors in a timely manner.
  • Document customizations, programs, and integration logic clearly.
  • Participate in unit, system, and user acceptance testing.
  • Maintain code repositories, version control, and development standards.
  • Work closely with business analysts, end-users, and project managers to gather requirements.
  • Translate functional needs into technical specifications and deliverables.
  • Support training and knowledge transfer for key users and IT staff.
  • Identify opportunities to automate, streamline, or enhance business processes within the XA environment.
  • Stay current with Infor XA updates and best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • An undergraduate degree in a field such as Computer Science, Finance, Business, Supply Chain, and/or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with Infor XA ERP applications:
    • Customer service applications including COM, CSM 
    • Engineering applications including EPDM, PDM, PDM+ 
    • IDF applications including Link Manager, Net-Link, Power-Link
    • Materials management applications including IM, MM, PM, PUR 
    • Planning/production applications including VPi, CRP, FCST, MP, MPSP, MRP, OBPM, PCC, PMC, REP 
    • Systemi Components including Workspace, Manager, and Emulator 
  • Knowledge of XA upgrades and migrations, including migrating custom applications
